Survive

Start on your small home island - this is your safe haven, where the only thing that can hurt you is your stupidity (and hunger, I suppose)! Build whatever you want! Catch and cook meals, pan for metals, and create/find new masks which provide passive bonus effects (and look cool!)

Explore

From coral reefs to volcanoes, and deserts to tundra, tackle a variety of environments and loot them for all they're worth! Each island type has unique resources, enemies, and treasure to be found... but it won't be easy!

You must upgrade boat hulls, sails, and craft yourself better supplies to increase your Seafaring! Better islands require higher seafaring to travel to, and supplies are consumed with every trip - so you better make sure you've got enough!

Defeat

Foreign islands are dangerous, and can have enemies, bosses, or both! Prove your worth and claim your rewards against big bullet-hell style bosses, or grind out lesser enemies for rare unique drops, unobtainable anywhere else!

Create

All this hard work has the ultimate goal of creating your dream island! Using resources from both your home and foreign islands, craft yourself some Landraisers.
Landraisers generate land from the sea, allowing for home-island expansion! Landraisers can be upgraded with resources from foreign islands, and will then match the type of island the resources came from. For example, a Landraiser upgraded with desert materials will become a Desertraiser, which will generate desert-style terrain for your home island! Neat!
