You'll also need to double on RAM, for 8GB in total.

The major difference between Minecraft RTX system requirementsand the base game can be found in it the GPU they ask for. An Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 is needed, at the minimum, to enjoy ray tracing in Minecraft, and you cannot use an AMD Radeon card.
