Valorant Release Date

Valorant system requirements have become a little more demanding since it released in 2020. Previously setting the bar with Intel HD Graphics 3000, it's only a small nudge upwards, as the free-to-play FPS game remains gaming PC friendly. To run Valorant, you'll need anything from a 64-bit Windows 7 to Windows 11 installed, 4GB of RAM, and 23GB of storage space. What frame rate you get is determined by what graphics card and CPU you own, and there are three categories.
The first is the minimum Valorant system requirements, which aim to hit a consistent 30fps with an Intel Core Duo 2 E8400 or AMD Athlon 200GE processor and AMD Radeon R5 200 or integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics.
You'll need to meet the recommended Valorant system requirements if you want to hit a smoother 60fps, and the jump requires a discrete GPU. If you're running anything newer than an Intel Core i3 4150 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 processor paired with an Nvidia GeForce GT 730 or Radeon R7 240, you shouldn't have an issue.
