What is Blender? Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. Free to use for everyone, for any purpose.

The Blender minimum requirements don't ask for much by today's standard, but they're a touch above what they used to be when the program first released. To get the app to run, you'll want to be on Windows 8.1, 10, or 11 if you're in Microsoft's camp, macOS 10.3 Intel or 11.0 on Apple's silicon, or Linux.
"Being a PC gamer is not the same as playing games on other platforms." When choosing a game for game consoles such as PlayStation or Xbox, only the cost of the game is important. In a game to be selected for PC, it is very important to choose a new game that the hardware such as graphics card, processor and ram are up-to-date rather than the price.
The games change every year according to the updates. We are faced with games that are graphically closer to reality, demolition physics, sound effects are improved every year.
You should consider whether your computer system has the appropriate hardware to run each game at the quality you want. Does GTA 5 meet your System Requirements? Let's take a closer look….
To run Blender System Requirements at the recommended level, you need a GeForce GTX 1070 graphics Card and an Intel Core i7-5960X processor. You should also have 32 GB of system memory.
For the best chance of playing at minimum system specs, your computer should have at least GeForce GTS 450 graphics card. The CPU required to meet the minimum requirements is a Intel Core i5-4590 processor. You should also have 8 GB of system memory.

Hardware-wise, Blender specs ask you to at least have 8GB of RAM. Graphics cards get a little more complicated, but most over the past decade will be just fine so long as you're packing at least 2GB of video memory on the Nvidia GeForce 400 series, AMD's Radeon HD 7000 range, or newer. CPU-wise, you're looking at a quad-core processor to get the program running.
Bumping things up to the Blender recommended requirements in order to hit 1440p resolution, you'll want quadruple the memory with 32GB of RAM and a graphics card with at least 8GB of VRAM. Even the processor doubles its core count, asking for a 64-bit eight-core CPU.
The Blender 3.1 patch focuses on performance and speed, introducing new features to help with both. Mesh bounding now utilised multi-threading, mesh normals have been refactored, and subdivision surface modifier now benefits from GPU acceleration to improve speeds by up to ten times.
